After owning a bakery, Yagel Bagel, for a few years, Shri Ram and his wife, started introducing Indian cooking to the roster. They had such positive feedback that in September of 2010, they decided to take it a step further, putting Ram’s considerable skills to work.

Originally from New Delhi, he was the chef at five-star hotels in India, the Indian embassy for 22 years up until recently. With a tremendous 30+ years of experience and his love for Indian food, he puts his heart and soul into Express Indien’s Kitchen. Express Indien has built a great reputation for its Award Winning Cuisine & in customer satisfaction.
